About the Event

This training considers the theoretical underpinning of working and building relationships with young people. It explores the impact of attachment on mental health and wellbeing  Aims: To develop an understanding of attachment theory To develop a greater knowledge of types of attachment behaviour, and how this may present in young people To explore our own early attachment experiences To look at ways to provide a ‘secure base’ as a secondary attachment figure
